Working alongside a Director of Operations and Regional Clinical Director, you'll have the autonomy to lead your office while receiving the support, resources, and development opportunities of one of the region's leading dental organizations. Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software

Nice To Haves

  • Dental or healthcare management experience preferred, but strong leaders from other service industries are encouraged to apply
  • Denticon experience is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire front and back office teams
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, recognize, and retain exceptional talent
  • Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations, performance management, and staffing needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, patient retention, and financial performance
  • Manage office budgets, purchasing, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and cash controls
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and workflow to maximize patient access and team productivity
  • Deliver a welcoming, service-focused environment for every patient
  • Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand recommended care and insurance benefits
  • Oversee dental insurance processes, including HMO and PPO plans and claims management
  • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ensure OSHA and workplace safety standards are consistently met
  • Utilize practice management software and reporting tools to analyze performance and drive informed business decisions
