About The Position

The Practice Manager will be responsible for everything that makes the Park City center run: the team, the schedule, the patient experience, and the operational metrics that drive it all. This role requires someone who can step in, learn the operation quickly, and own it completely. The Practice Manager will report directly to the COO and manage the Assistant Practice Manager, who oversees Medical Assistants, Front Office staff, and Shipping and Inventory staff. The company, bVital, is a regenerative medicine and wellness practice in Park City, Utah, offering IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, and advanced treatments. Requirements

  • 3+ years in a practice manager, clinic manager, or healthcare operations management role
  • Experience directly managing a multi-role team (clinical and administrative staff)
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, KPIs, and operational metrics in a clinical setting
  • Proven ability to hold staff accountable while keeping the team culture intact
  • Must be in Park City or able to relocate (this is fully on-site, no exceptions)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in regenerative medicine, IV therapy, or integrative wellness
  • Experience managing an assistant manager or building out a management layer
  • Familiarity with health tech or digital wellness tools

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the Assistant Practice Manager, and through them, the full clinical team.
  • Hold staff accountable to performance standards through consistent check-ins, coaching, and clear expectations.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical and administrative employees.
  • Address performance issues quickly and fairly, building a culture where accountability and growth go hand in hand.
  • Own the daily schedule for Brain Regeneration and Thrive procedures, ensuring efficient use of clinical capacity.
  • Audit schedules, task completion, and staffing gaps so patient care has no breaks in the chain.
  • Ensure every patient journey, from check-in through follow-up, is smooth and consistently excellent.
  • Track and enforce daily clinical metrics, turning data into decisions.
  • Roll out process improvements quickly and consistently across the team.
  • Report to the COO on KPIs, staffing, and patient outcomes, with clear-eyed analysis, not just status updates.
  • Manage staff timecards and time-off to keep operations fully covered.
  • Partner with leadership on integrating new services, retail, and digital wellness offerings into center operations.
  • Identify gaps before they become problems and fix them without needing to be asked.
