About The Position

Stray Cat Alliance is seeking a natural leader who loves organizing people and systems, and has a passion for cats, to join their team. The Practice Manager will help run the day-to-day operations of a busy shelter medicine and public low-cost clinic. This role supports a team treating thousands of cats and kittens annually, while upholding the organization's mission of advocating for cats' safety, health, and value. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about building strong systems and teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing a veterinary or animal care clinic, preferably with shelter medicine experience
• Strong management and team-building skills
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Someone who genuinely loves cats
