About The Position

Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead and support our therapy services in Albert Lea, MN. This unique dual-role position combines clinical practice with operational leadership, making it ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in both patient care and administrative oversight. This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at our private practice clinic.

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
Must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in person

Responsibilities

Ability to lead a team - sharing in expectations and celebrating successes
Mentor and develop new team members
Join fellow private practice leaders in weekly meetings to troubleshoot and collaborate on situation leadership opportunities
