Requirements

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare, hospitality, or retail management preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred
Ability to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed
A proactive approach to delivering an exceptional patient experience

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance processes, and coding (ICD-9, CPT) is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Manage clinical and administrative staff to ensure top-tier patient care and customer service
Implement strategies to achieve budget goals and key performance indicators
Set and communicate annual goals aligned with Piedmont Urgent Care’s mission and objectives
Partner with clinical leadership to uphold regulatory and patient care standards
Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team growth initiatives
Ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment availability
Collaborate with marketing teams to increase center visibility and patient volume
Uphold Piedmont Urgent Care’s core values of kindness, excellence, empowerment, resilience, and proactive service
Support staffing and operational needs by traveling to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required
