This is a part-time, day shift position for a CMA/LPN. The role involves delivering patient care, assisting with procedures, administering medications, managing patient charts, communicating with patients about test results and care plans, scheduling appointments and procedures, coordinating physician schedules, managing patient follow-ups, and educating patients and families. The position also requires maintaining patient confidentiality, promoting evidence-based practice, acting as a patient advocate, and assisting with training new colleagues. Cross-coverage in other clinic areas may be required. The role also involves documenting patient care plans and escalating issues as needed, while maintaining a working knowledge of applicable laws and Trinity Health's policies.
