About The Position

The Practice Manager has overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented dental practice. The manager ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities is maintained with patients, helps attain the company vision and uphold its values, and creates a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent experience in dental clinic management.
• Good conflict-resolution skills.
• A proven work history of excellence.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant in the state of work (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
