About The Position

Oversees the daily administrative, operational, personnel, and clinical functions of the assigned clinic(s). Responsible for oversight of seven or more providers and nineteen or more team members or more than one clinic/department. Responsible for the fiscal management of the assigned clinics. Plans, processes, and utilizes resources to ensure goals and objectives are met. Interacts daily with physicians, staff, and patients. Develops and implements process improvements with input and instructions from committees and directors. Performs to Self Standards. Assists with hiring and mentoring of team members. Works with other departments and vendors as needed.

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2-4 years physician practice management experience preferred
