Temple Faculty Physicians, the academic practice plan of Temple Health, is comprised of over 500 employed physicians who are central to clinical care and teaching within Temple's healthcare system. The Practice Manager will offer direct administrative, clinical, and strategic support to the department and site administrator(s), providers, and staff at outpatient practice locations. This role involves collaborating with senior department administrators, site administrators, and providers to foster the programmatic and financial growth of the clinical practice. The manager will coordinate efforts with other departments within TFPP to ensure optimal patient intake, navigation, and overall satisfaction. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a collaborative and cohesive environment within and between assigned practices to promote a team-based approach for program and/or Departmental success. The Practice Manager will act as a leader, both collaboratively and independently, in programmatic planning and operations for the assigned practice(s), serving as a crucial link for operational improvements focused on customer service and revenue cycle compliance. This position directs the daily clinical operations and administrative activities of outpatient practices, assists practice coordinators, oversees the development of office procedures, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures. The role also involves liaising with external vendors and TFP/Temple University Health System and its affiliates for practice operation services.
