About The Position
Manifest Law is a rapidly growing, AI-native corporate immigration firm seeking experienced attorneys who want to practice law differently. Our firm utilizes technology to handle operational tasks, allowing attorneys to focus on high-stakes matters, strategy, and client relationships. We offer the scale of a large firm with the client service of a boutique, supported by our proprietary AI platform, Manifest OS. Requirements
- J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
- 10+ years of immigration experience with deep expertise in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A).
- Experience building or running your own practice.
- Demonstrated track record leading and developing attorneys, beyond just managing your own caseload.
- Comfort with public visibility, including thought leadership, social media presence, media appearances, and client-facing events.
- A professional network and reputation that generates referrals and inbound client trust.
- Genuine entrepreneurial ambition to build a practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own a practice within Manifest's individual-immigration business, focusing on extraordinary-ability and high-skilled matters (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A), with full accountability for growth, quality, and profitability.
- Serve as the public face of your practice, contributing to Manifest's content, social media, client-facing materials, and press.
- Build and lead a team of attorneys and paralegals, including hiring, development, and maintaining Manifest's quality standards.
- Drive business development for your practice, collaborating with Manifest's marketing and BD engine, and building your own network and referral base.
- Utilize Manifest's AI-powered platform (automated workflows, smart draft review, case-context hub) to enhance team performance.
- Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for your practice, overseeing case sourcing, team performance, and client satisfaction.
