Requirements

J.D. and active U.S. bar admission
10+ years of employer-side immigration experience across H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and related categories
Experience owning enterprise client relationships end to end — not just individual matters
A track record managing or developing legal teams, with clear accountability for team outcomes
Comfort with public visibility — thought leadership, social presence, client events — and a professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops circles
The ambition to build and run a practice, not just staff one

Responsibilities

Lead and own Manifest's corporate immigration practice for a roster of employer clients — H-1B, L-1, PERM, E-1/E-2, and the broader employer-immigration spectrum — with full accountability for its growth, quality, and profitability.
Own the enterprise client relationships and large-scale program management that define the practice — companies retain Manifest because they trust you specifically.
Drive business development and marketing for your practice, growing existing accounts and bringing in new ones through your own network alongside Manifest's BD engine.
Build and lead a team: hire, develop, and hold attorneys to Manifest's standard across consultations and case production.
Use Manifest's AI-powered platform — automated workflows, smart draft review, and a unified case-context hub — as a genuine performance multiplier for your team.
Own pod profitability directly: your compensation is built around the health of the practice you run, not a fixed docket.
