The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role requires driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, and effectively managing time, planning, and multitasking. The Practice Director will also be responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, and possessing expert knowledge of the practice group to recognize and act upon business trends. Additionally, they will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and promote an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
