The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to the staffing professionals whom they supervise, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting and sourcing talent, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and recognizing and acting upon business trends. Additionally, they will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and execute Core 4 principles. The leadership approach emphasizes character, trust, respect, credibility, and promoting an inclusive work environment. The role also includes business generation, revenue, and pricing goals based on location, overseeing 1 practice group with a total headcount of up to 4, including the Practice Director.
