About The Position

The Practice Director is primarily responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing leadership, motivation, and direction to supervised staffing professionals, participating in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicating across all organizational levels. This role drives revenue-generating activities and ensures operational execution to meet productivity standards and business goals. The Practice Director is expected to achieve pricing goals, possess expert knowledge of their practice group, and quickly recognize and act upon business trends. They will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and execute core principles. The leadership approach emphasizes character, trust, respect, credibility, and the promotion of an inclusive work environment. This role involves business generation, revenue, and pricing goals within a specific location and practice group, overseeing a total headcount of up to 4, including the Practice Director.

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in Talent Manager role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems.
