The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and quickly recognizing and acting upon business trends. They will promote a culture of collaboration, motivate and inspire by example, provide recognition, celebrate successes, and manage change efforts. Additionally, the role includes leading customer retention and expansion strategies, building customer loyalty through superior service, and leading with character, trust, respect, and credibility. The Practice Director will promote and support an inclusive work environment, accept responsibility for their actions, create a positive team culture, strive to understand and support others, follow through on commitments, and treat others fairly and consistently. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are key aspects of this role, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director.
