The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain a consistent above average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The Practice Director is also responsible for attracting, sourcing, training, developing, and retaining staff, achieving pricing goals, and possessing expert knowledge of the practice group. They must quickly recognize and act upon business trends, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, motivate and lead by example, provide recognition, manage change efforts, and facilitate resolutions with internal staff, clients, and candidates. Additionally, they will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, building trust, respect, and credibility. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are based on location. The total headcount is up to 4, including the practice director.
