About The Position

The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports. This role also involves participating in the recruitment of new hires and effectively communicating with all organizational levels. Key competencies include driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, managing time effectively, and making quality decisions. The role also requires resource management, attracting and sourcing talent, training and developing staff, achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and recognizing business trends. Effective communication, collaboration, motivation, and leading by example are crucial. The Practice Director will also lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, building trust, respect, and credibility. Promoting an inclusive work environment, accepting responsibility for actions, creating a positive team culture, and treating others fairly are also key aspects of the leadership approach. Business and HR responsibilities include business generation, revenue, and pricing goals based on location. The total headcount for the practice group is up to 4, including the Practice Director.

Requirements

  • 1+ years talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.
