The primary responsibility of the Practice Director is to maintain consistent above-average performance metrics, provide business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. This role involves driving revenue-generating activities, executing operational focus areas, meeting productivity standards, and managing time effectively. The Practice Director is also responsible for achieving pricing goals, possessing expert knowledge of the practice group, and recognizing business trends. They must foster a culture of collaboration, motivate and lead by example, manage change, and facilitate resolutions with internal staff, clients, and candidates. Additionally, they will lead customer retention and expansion strategies, build customer loyalty through superior service, and lead with character, building trust, respect, and credibility. The role also includes promoting and supporting an inclusive work environment, taking responsibility for actions and behaviors, creating a positive team culture, understanding and supporting others, following through on commitments, and treating others fairly and consistently. Business generation, revenue, and pricing goals are based on location, with a total headcount of up to 4, including the practice director.
