About The Position

Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Practice Clinical Supervisor, RN, Registered Nurse to manage a clinical area across multiple offices. The main work locations will be Morristown, Parsippany, Mendham, Bridgewater, and Warren. This role requires Cardiology experience. Requirements

MUST have Cardiology experience
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in a clinical supervisory role

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care, including preparation for patient visits, assessment, advocating for patients, and working with physicians on medications and care plans.
Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and certified Medical Assistants.
Conducts phone triaging.
Oversees medication management.
Educates patients and families, and coordinates/participates in community education programs.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients.
Performs other related duties as assigned and provides coverage as needed.
Oversees clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors.
Conducts Clinical meetings.
Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership.
Visits offices to check on clinical staff, clinical operations, and compliance.
