Requirements

• Bachelor degree in health care administration or business administration.
• Seven years of executive-level experience, including five years of experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Using the organization's objectives and philosophies as a guide; maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the organization including operations, marketing, finance, billing, collections, physician compensation, reimbursement, human resources, clinical and business information systems, and planning and development.
