As the PR & Social Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and evolving the external storytelling of Do it Best, True Value, and Do it Best Group across owned, earned, paid, and social media channels. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager – External & Brand, this role will lead content development and execution for external-facing websites, B2B social media platforms, and storytelling initiatives that support critical company messages and center the independent dealers we serve. You’ll shape our brand story and our brand voice through compelling content that drives awareness and engagement with members, prospects, and our industry. The PR & Social Content Specialist blends creativity with strategy and execution, guiding how both brands show up in the industry and connect with audiences every day.
