About The Position

Xcite Automotive is now seeking an Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer for our partner dealers in Orlando, FL! Xcite is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to perform high-quality PPF installations in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience installing paint protection film, exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a premium finished product. This position is hands-on and focused on producing consistent, high-quality installations while maintaining an organized and professional work environment. Compensation reflects experience, skill, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive paint protection film (PPF) installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PPF installation techniques and surface preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet production goals.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing bulk and pre-cut PPF kits.
• Familiarity with plotter systems and cutting software (e.g., Roland, Graphtec).
• Background in auto detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating applications.
• Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive environment.
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience.
• Knowledge of various paint protection film products and installation techniques.
• Strong automotive detailing or reconditioning background.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level installation of paint protection film (PPF) with precision, efficiency, and consistency.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper film adhesion and a flawless finish.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
• Follow dealership and company procedures to ensure timely completion of assigned vehicles.
• Properly care for and maintain installation tools and equipment.
