About The Position

The Installer will be responsible for installing Inpro products at job sites, working in tandem with the Interiors Site Supervisor. This role involves coordinating with the Interiors Installation Manager on logistics and customer information, operating a forklift for product loading and transport, and managing one's own schedule and prioritizing tasks across multiple job sites. The position requires regular travel, including some weekends. Additionally, the Installer will perform finishing, sanding, grinding, and fabrication work to meet quality standards, follow proper protocols for handling hazardous chemicals, flag damaged or scratched material to their supervisor, help uphold ISO standards, and maintain the warehouse. The role also involves pitching in on other duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Comfort reading a tape measure and other measuring tools; solid math aptitude
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Good judgment and the ability to make decisions and follow through independently
A track record of dependability and professionalism, even under deadline pressure
Comfort working with minimal supervision
