About The Position

Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to perform high-quality PPF installations in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience installing paint protection film, exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a premium finished product. This position is hands-on and focused on producing consistent, high-quality installations while maintaining an organized and professional work environment. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive paint protection film (PPF) installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of PPF installation techniques and surface preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet production goals.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing bulk and pre-cut PPF kits.
• Familiarity with plotter systems and cutting software (e.g., Roland, Graphtec).
• Background in auto detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating applications.
• Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive environment.
• Dealership or high-volume shop experience.
• Knowledge of various paint protection film products and installation techniques.
• Strong automotive detailing or reconditioning background.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level installation of paint protection film (PPF) with precision, efficiency, and consistency.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper film adhesion and a flawless finish.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.
• Follow dealership and company procedures to ensure timely completion of assigned vehicles.
• Properly care for and maintain installation tools and equipment.
