The ideal candidate will be adept at managing campaigns, analyzing data, communicating findings, and driving marketing performance. This position replaces work previously handled by an external vendor, emphasizing a need for clear, measurable responsibilities tied to marketing outcomes, paid media management, lead generation, reporting, and campaign ROI. While experience in SEO, landing page optimization, tracking, ServiceTitan, automation, and marketing operations is valuable, the core requirement is expertise in paid search performance and enhancing visibility into spend, lead quality, booked calls, revenue, and ROI.
