This is a rare opportunity to build a paid media function from the ground up. We’re looking for a data-driven and hands-on PPC Manager to join our marketing team and take full ownership of paid acquisition across multiple brands and international markets, with the full backing of leadership and a clear mandate to drive significant growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience with direct management of significant budgets across Meta and Google.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube); additional platforms are a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling budgets with clear performance results, knows how to build a baseline, set realistic timelines, and earn internal trust.
  • Strong analytical fluency: attribution modelling, GA4, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
  • Clear communicator: can present results and media plans to non-specialist stakeholders.
  • Native or high-level English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid campaigns across several distinct brands simultaneously, each with its own voice, audience, and goals.
  • Execute campaigns across multiple international markets, requiring localization instinct, platform knowledge by region, and compliance awareness.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and additional paid channels.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and performance to maximize ROI and meet growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Build a structured creative testing program and brief performance assets in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve funnels, from ad to conversion.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and new opportunities in paid acquisition.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Amplify organic success through paid media without replacing it, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Build the processes and documentation to support future team growth.
