About The Position

We’re looking for a PPC Manager who lives and breathes paid media and can own strategy across the full landscape — Google, Meta, and everything adjacent. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks about the whole funnel, not just the platform they happen to be working in that day. You’ll be responsible for building, running, and continuously improving paid campaigns across our client roster, and for being the person in the room who actually knows why a channel is or isn’t working. The best fit for this role is deeply curious — the kind of person who sees an odd result and can’t rest until they understand it. We want someone who figures things out. When a campaign underperforms, a platform changes its rules, or a client throws a problem no playbook covers, you dig in, test, and find the answer rather than waiting to be told what to do.

Requirements

  • Deep, current expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a track record of managing meaningful budgets and hitting performance targets.
  • Genuine strategic range — you can design the plan and execute it, and you understand how paid media connects to the broader funnel and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable in the numbers, fluent in the metrics that matter, and able to separate signal from noise. Working knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • Intense curiosity and a problem-solver’s instinct. You ask “why,” you test your assumptions, and you figure things out on your own before escalating.
  • Clear communicator who can explain strategy and results to clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized and dependable managing multiple accounts and priorities at once.
  • 8+ years of hands-on PPC/paid media experience, agency background preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across additional platforms is a strong plus.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and extend into other platforms — LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic — as client needs call for it.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns end to end: account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy, budgets, creative testing, and landing-page alignment.
  • Set and manage budgets across clients, forecast performance, and allocate spend to where it earns the best return.
  • Run a disciplined testing program — audiences, creative, copy, bids, placements — and turn what you learn into a repeatable advantage.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance against real business goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV, pipeline), and translate the numbers into clear recommendations clients understand.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, new ad products, privacy shifts, and measurement changes, and adapt strategy before they become problems.
  • Partner with creative, analytics, and account teams so paid media works in concert with the rest of each client’s marketing.
  • Diagnose problems independently — tracking gaps, attribution puzzles, sudden performance drops — and drive them to resolution.

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Work From Home
