About The Position

DuPont's PPC (Polyethylene Packaging) division is seeking a General Manager to lead its North American specialty materials business. PPC has a long history, dating back to 1949, as a trusted leader in polyethylene (PE) bags, films, and tubing for food and industrial packaging. The company partners with customers to solve complex packaging challenges, leveraging expertise in automated production line integration, food safety and compliance, global sourcing, advanced film technologies, and bulk and institutional packaging solutions. As demand for safer food systems and durable materials grows, PPC is positioned to lead through innovation, performance, and customer trust. This role will own and grow the business, shaping strategy, expanding applications, driving structural margin growth, building a high-performance commercial engine, and positioning PPC as a category leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years as a GM or business leader with P&L ownership
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Chemistry, or Business)
• Strong commercial excellence background (pricing, channels, key accounts)
• Proven innovation and portfolio leadership
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams
