About The Position

We’re looking for a Service Advisor who can bring energy, personality, and professionalism to the front lines—someone who can translate customer needs into action and keep the shop running like a well-tuned engine.
Requirements
- You thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- You’ve got strong communication skills and can connect with anyone
- You understand (or want to learn) powersports or automotive service
- You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- You bring a sales mindset—because great service is great selling

Responsibilities
- Be the first impression—greet riders, build trust, and create a standout experience
- Listen like a pro and translate customer concerns into repair orders
- Work hand-in-hand with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
- Provide clear updates on timelines, repairs, and recommendations
- Recommend maintenance and repairs with honesty and confidence
- Keep customers informed, excited, and coming back for more
- Handle questions, concerns, and curveballs with professionalism
