Powersports Sales Representative Side By Side ATV Motorcycle UTV Snowmobile Sales Rochester, MN | Full-Time Base + Commission | $75,000-$150,000+ Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a more exciting product line and stronger long-term earning potential? River Valley Power Sport and Marine is hiring a Powersports Sales Representative in Rochester, MN. We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven sales professionals with backgrounds in automotive sales, RV sales, equipment sales, marine sales, furniture sales, or other high-ticket commission sales environments who want to bring their sales experience into the powersports industry. This is an opportunity to sell some of the most exciting products in the industry including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, Slingshots, Spyders, and personal watercraft from leading brands like Can-Am, Honda, Polaris, Ski-Doo, Yamaha, Suzuki, and more. Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and present technical information confidently
  • Experience with CRM systems or sales software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Powersports experience is helpful, but successful sales experience, strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed are most important.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and pre-owned ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, PWCs, and other powersports vehicles
  • Guide customers through a professional, consultative buying experience
  • Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Follow up with leads, previous customers, and sales opportunities
  • Learn and present product features, benefits, and comparisons across multiple brands
  • Utilize dealership CRM and sales tools including LightspeedEVO, Kenect, SharePoint, and BambooHR
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
