River Valley Power & Sport is seeking an experienced Powersports Sales Consultant to help customers choose the machine that will fuel their next adventure. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, earning customer trust, and delivering an outstanding buying experience. The position offers an opportunity to turn a passion for powersports into a high-income career, whether your background is in powersports, automotive, RV, marine, high-ticket retail, or another commission-based sales environment.

Requirements

  • Previous commission-based sales experience with a proven track record
  • Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using social media to promote inventory and generate leads
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in powersports, automotive, RV, marine, agricultural equipment, trailers, motorsports, or high-ticket retail sales is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and pre-owned powersports vehicles
  • Build relationships with customers in-store, online, and through referrals
  • Generate leads using Facebook Marketplace, social media, and your local network
  • Guide customers through product selection, financing, and ownership
  • Follow up consistently and earn repeat and referral business
  • Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Stay current on new products and industry trends
