About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Seasonal Porter to support our team during the busy Spring and Summer months. This entry-level position plays a key role in maintaining the appearance of our dealership and assisting with the organization and movement of powersports units. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements
- Comfortable operating or willing to learn how to operate various powersports vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
- Ability to lift, push, and maneuver vehicles as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Previous powersports or dealership experience
Responsibilities
- Safely move and position motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other powersports vehicles throughout the dealership
- Assist with unit setup, staging, and display organization in the showroom and outdoor areas
- Clean and detail units to ensure they are presentation-ready for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom, lot, and service areas
- Assist with loading and unloading units for deliveries and customer pickups
- Support sales and service teams with general tasks as needed
- Perform routine lot checks to ensure units are properly secured and displayed
