About The Position

Jones Powersports is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Part-Time Powersports Driver to transport, deliver, and move powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, and related equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely, secure, and professional handling of company and customer vehicles while representing the Jones Powersports brand in a positive and professional manner. Requirements

  • Valid motorcycle license or a valid driver’s license with an “M” classification and an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to safely load, secure, and transport powersports vehicles
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and reliability
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review, where permitted by law

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating trucks, trailers, or towing equipment preferred
  • Familiarity with powersports vehicles (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and other vehicles to transport powersports units
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment using appropriate methods and safety procedures
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment; promptly report any damage or maintenance needs
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal traffic laws, DOT regulations (if applicable), and company safety policies
  • Maintain accurate delivery, transport, and inspection documentation
  • Assist with vehicle staging, lot organization, and basic warehouse or dealership support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and transport needs
  • Represent Jones Powersports professionally at all times
