About The Position

The Power Systems Operations Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with customers, fostering trust to enhance retention and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Manages departmental employees, including hiring, training, development, delegation of tasks, performance evaluations, coaching, career planning, and disciplinary actions.
  • Establishes measurable sales goals and implements accountability systems to achieve revenue targets. Motivates the team to consistently deliver sales and promote value-added services.
  • Drives business growth by acquiring new customer accounts through walk-in engagement and proactive outreach, including cold calling to promote service offerings.
  • Builds and manages relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary contact for escalated customer issues and ensuring effective resolution.
  • Continuously improves EPG operational processes and products by researching and implementing new techniques to enhance profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Oversees customer service methodologies and policies to optimize each touchpoint. Facilitates communication, analyzes data, identifies best practices, and delivers training, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintains accurate inventory records, manages equipment returns, and oversees shipment documentation to prevent discrepancies.
  • Ensures routine maintenance and timely repairs of rental equipment, machinery, and vehicles are completed efficiently and economically.
  • Meets or exceeds assigned growth objectives within Product Support and Sales. Contributes to annual budget planning and supports corporate initiatives.
  • Monitors budget performance, tracks variances, and develops reporting to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Collaborates with business partners to promote cross-selling of products and services.
  • Develops, tracks, and reports on NMC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions and measure success.
