Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Coursework, project experience, or exposure to electrical power systems design and analysis.
- Familiarity with power system analysis software such as SKM, EasyPower, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical power systems that meet project requirements, industry standards, and applicable codes.
- Perform power system studies and simulations to analyze performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations.
- Support or lead power system projects through all phases, from concept and design to implementation and commissioning.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications, calculations, reports, and design drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support testing and commissioning activities, providing both on-site field support with travel and remote technical assistance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
