About The Position

The PSD Rental Service Advisor communicates with internal and external customers to gather information about issues with PSD rental equipment and provides repair-status updates while repairs are underway. The role opens and processes work orders efficiently and promptly, documenting customer requests and complaints thoroughly so technicians understand the work and customers are satisfied. The position is based in Manassas, Virginia.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to deal with stressful situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively multitask.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work any shift.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Minimum of two years of service-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of the function and repair of generators, air compressors, and temperature control products.
Rental industry experience.
