About The Position
We are looking for a Power Systems Architect (Director) with a strong background in semiconductors and system design for AI factories and automotive electric vehicle (EV) markets to join onsemi’s strategic segments team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in power electronics and power supply development and commercialization, with expertise that covers wide bandgap semiconductors, magnetics, AC-DC and DC-DC power management, as well as various power topologies. onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
