About The Position

We are seeking a Power Section Coordinator to join our team in the Evansville Service Center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and optimizing our power section fleet. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with third-party vendors for repairs, updating power section information, and participating in new project action plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to HSE requirements and be able to work effectively in a factory environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role or in the oil and gas industry is an asset.
Strong knowledge of HSEQ requirements and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
Familiarity with TAT (Turnaround Time) and TSM (Total Service Management) systems.
Understanding of the SSE (Safety, Security, and Environment) program and its implementation.
Ability to use NOV (National Oilwell Varco) applications, both current and future versions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
Willingness to work in a factory environment with potential exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and protocols.
Perform essential 5S and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Conduct yearly counts on power sections to ensure accurate fleet management.
Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors for the rework and repair of power sections.
Update and maintain power section information in the TAT (Turnaround Time) system.
Participate in action planning for new projects, as directed by the supervisor.
Ensure timely and efficient tracking and repair of power sections.
Manage and oversee the inventory of new and used power sections.
Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, promoting HSEQ awareness.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Asset Manager or supervisor.
