We are currently recruiting for a full-time Power Projects Coordinator for our San Jose branch. This role is 100% onsite. The Power Projects Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Power Projects Department team, coordinating bid requests, and assisting in the preparation of quotes and submittals.

  • Working experience with general proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor emails and route bid requests to appropriate team member.
  • Enter job information into Job Management and SE Advantage.
  • Download necessary documents and create submittal packages.
  • Create Operations and Maintenance Instructions (“O&Ms”).
  • Complete other tasks as necessary to support the workflow of the projects team.
