Power Portfolio Manager-AI Data Centers

Kimmel & Associates•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

Our client is a developer and owner of AI data center infrastructure, converting sites across a large national real estate portfolio into power-dense edge compute facilities. In partnership with a leading hyperscale cloud platform, the company is delivering a national rollout of AI inference data centers, with active sites across 12+ states. The Power Portfolio Manager will own the power strategy behind the national AI data center rollout. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role reporting to executive leadership. The role is responsible for providing leadership with site-by-site visibility into available power, additional capacity that can be secured, expected energization dates, and potential delays. The ideal candidate is an electrical engineer with direct experience taking large-load utility requests from application through energization and working effectively with utilities without direct authority over them. The position is based at the company’s Saratoga Springs, NY headquarters, which is preferred. Exceptional candidates near a major hub airport will be considered.
