About The Position

Teradyne is seeking a Power Infrastructure Engineer to join its Power Infrastructure Team in Agoura Hills, California. The role supports platform product development initiatives for next-generation semiconductor testers and contributes to the development of industry-leading semiconductor test equipment. The engineer will design and develop tester power subassemblies, contribute to system-level design and scalable electromechanical architectures, and support product safety and EMC testing, manufacturing, and ongoing engineering. The role also supports sustainability and power-reduction initiatives, signal-delivery solutions for precision electromechanical mass-termination docking systems, and solutions for advanced semiconductor testing. Work should account for end-user constraints, cost, and time to market. The position is intended for a developing electrical engineering professional who can work on problems of moderate scope with general guidance, collaborate across engineering and NPI teams, and communicate technical information effectively. Candidates must be local to the position location; relocation and sponsorship are unavailable. Domestic or international travel of up to 10% may be required.
