About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst for a contract position. This role involves designing, developing, and managing interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. You will also be responsible for preparing and transforming data using Power Query, SQL, and ETL processes, and building relational/star-schema data models with advanced DAX measures and calculations. The position requires translating business requirements into KPIs, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. Additionally, you will develop enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and design/customize Power Pages with forms, lists, security, permissions, authentication, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaboration with stakeholders and Business Analysts is key, as is effective communication of insights. Proficiency in Excel and preferably Python or R for data analysis is expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or reporting
