About The Position
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and contribute to the development of the next-generation CT-KIND Child Welfare Information System. The developer will participate across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional development experience.
- 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex/OOP and Design Patterns knowledge.
- Experience with .NET OOP and SOA.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with end-to-end web development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- JavaScript frameworks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, OOP, and Design Patterns.
- Support full-stack web development, application integration, and CRUD operations.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Work with the System Integrator on CT-KIND development, knowledge transfer, and ongoing application support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions throughout the SDLC.
- Work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and mentor junior developers.
