Requirements

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Ontario Grade 12 Equivalency program. Alternatively, a combination of job-specific knowledge, training, and experience is required
English
Math
Experience performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously and driven to deliver outcomes with little oversight.
Proven consistent attendance in the current role.
Proven strong performance and high quality in the current role.
Ability to perform some overhead heavy lifting.
Capability to spend half of the time working in temperature-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Verify that the accurate chemicals are used in the production process.
Weigh out chemicals into containers ranging from 4g to 10kg as directed by the router.
Label products accurately and maintain detailed documentation for the process.
Perform quality assurance checks per SOPs to achieve flawless product quality by applying Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain records of absenteeism, hours, and vacation for the department using Kronos/JDEdwards.
Empty bags of chemicals into the overhead dispensing hopper.
Adjust equipment as needed to dispense the required amounts of chemicals.
Perform tests to verify product acceptability and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Clean and set up dispensing and sealing equipment and perform all startup cleaning and checks.
