Requirements

• Proficient English reading and writing skills
• Able to read and comprehend MSDS sheets and standard work instructions.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical proficiency.
• Ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment to read measuring devices.
• Must have 1 year minimum powder coating or industrial coating experience

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• Must be available to train on A shift prior to moving to C shift

Responsibilities

• Mask prep parts prior to Paint
• Rotates in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
• Packs finished product for shipment.
• Maintains work area to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Actively participates in making and implementing cell improvements
• Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
