About The Position

Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000+ sq. ft. facility. The Powder Coater is responsible for the complete main powder coating process.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment.
- Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers)
- Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements
- Must be detail oriented.
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.
- High school Diploma or GED.
- 2-5 years powder coating experience
Responsibilities
- Movement of sandblasted parts into the paint booth.
- Removal of any debris from parts with an air hose.
- Coating parts using approved procedures per specifications.
- Ensuring strict quality standards are met.
- Maintaining/cleaning of equipment.
