In this role, you will help apply high-quality protective and decorative finishes to metal products while working in a clean and safety-focused manufacturing environment. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with good attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting and powder coating.
- Apply powder coat and paint according to quality standards.
- Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and appearance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed.
