Powder Coat Painter - 1st Shift
About The Position
This is an opportunity to start on a paint line, hanging and unhanging parts, then learning to be a powder coat painter. The role involves production spray operations, including the powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes. It requires the ability to follow demonstrated instructions and no previous experience is necessary. The job also requires physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination, mixing paint products as required, preparing surfaces for painting, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and inspecting completed work and correcting defects.

- Requires physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
