Powder Coat Operator - 1st shift
About The Position
This role is for a Powder Coat Operator on the 1st shift. The operator is responsible for ensuring all process and outputs meet quality standards, loading and unloading parts, applying plugs/masks, and packing parts as required. They may also operate the E-coat system load control panel and perform other assigned duties. The position requires the ability to operate a crane and hoist, basic computer skills, and adherence to safety and environmental procedures. Fluency in English and the primary language used in the area of responsibility is necessary. A High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience is required. Paint line experience is preferred. The job involves some physical demand, including lifting parts up to 50 lbs, and requires the ability to stand, walk, reach, and pull constantly over a full work shift of 8-12 hours.
