About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring all process and outputs meet quality standards. The Powder Coat - Loader/Unloader will load and unload parts, apply plugs/masks, and pack parts as required, including wrapping or layering. There is a possibility of operating the E-coat system load control panel. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to operate crane and hoist
- Basic computer skills
- Follow safety and environmental procedures
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
- Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours)
- Ability to reach and/or pull for a full work shift (8-12 hours)
Nice To Haves
- Paint Line experience preferred
